The board of the school is the leadership.  Selecting board members through a robust and solid process is imperative to a good board.  We help the board come up with this selection process and document this in a way that is easily followed.

• By-Laws

Seemingly standard, this important document matters more significantly to the health of the board than anything.  What are the terms of the board members?  Who is on the board?  What are the qualifications for a board member?  These important questions need to be navigated and clearly documented.  

• School Constitutions

In our current culture, a binding school constitution is strongly recommended for schools that do not have a church as an umbrella organization over them.  This constitution ensures that the vision of the school remains and this places important safeguards around the organization.

The board is the "vision holder" of the school.  A clear mission and vision with quantifiable benchmarks is key to making sure a school stays on track. 

• Organizational Structure
