Education Council
We recommend a board that oversees an Education Council. The Education Council is set up with lead teachers to navigate pedagogical decisions. The board is able to zoom out and the Education Council is able to zoom in. The members of the Education Council are then involved in teacher evaluations, and scope and sequence coaching, and become leads over other teachers to ensure strong educational delivery within the school.
Handbook & Policies
A significant aid to a solid culture is a healthy handbook. This simple handbook is well known by teachers, parents and administrators, and contains discipline policies that are derived from clear biblical principles, facilitates clear expectations and can preemptively handle conflict.
Teacher Training
The teacher is the living curriculum that brings education to life and tailors the instruction to the individual learner. Rather than pouring money into curriculum, we advise training teachers to develop curriculum - curriculum they can pour into students. We offer a summer "boot camp," weekly Zoom trainings and discipline round table discussions to enhance the culture of your school.
Special Needs Support
Concordis mentors teachers with special need students, provides support for families with special need students, and develops programs that easily accommodate the struggling learner, all while enhancing the learning paradigm for strong students. Students live and learn together well!
Tutoring Services
We hire tutors who can supplement the education offered in the classroom to both struggling and advanced students. This affords schools the ability meet the educational needs of those who might not fit within the current class structure.
