Our Team

Jeff Adams is a consultant at Concordis, where he has served for the past year. During his 20-plus years in education he has taught at the middle school, high school, and college levels; he and his wife Carrie spent five years working in L’abri; and he has served as an administrator in both the Dean of community and culture and Head of School roles. Jeff holds an M.A. in the History of Christianity, with minors in both Systematic Theology and Theology and the imagination. His undergraduate work was a double major in biblical studies and pastoral skills. Jeff loves his family, volunteering at his Anglican Church, reading, puttering in the garden, remodeling homes, leadership development, the idea of woodworking, Oregon Duck football, and Liverpool Football Club. He and his lovely wife Carrie live in Dundee, Oregon, and have two kids that currently attend a classical school.

Jason has been working in Classical Education for 25 years as a teacher, head of school, board member, writer, and teacher trainer. He and his wife have been involved with founding schools, established schools, and everything in between. They are passionate about both educating young students and continuing education for adults. They live in Spokane, WA and have four children and one grandchild.

Bill Stutzman has engaged in classical Christian education for more than 20 years. He has taught multiple ages and stages, from 6th-grade homeroom at The Ambrose School (Boise, ID) to instructor of Humanities, Rhetoric, Orchestra, and even some Science and Math, both at Ambrose and at The Oaks Classical Christian Academy (Spokane, WA). He has also spoken and written nationally, developed curriculum, and overseen staff and students as an administrator at these schools and at Calvin Christian School (Escondido, CA) and Classical Christian Academy (Rathdrum, ID), where he was most recently Headmaster. Bill holds an M.A. in English Literature with undergraduate minors in Music and French, and he loves writing and performing music and poetry, reading, and learning as a lifelong pursuit. He and his lovely wife Cherise have three grown, classically educated children. He is thrilled to be partnering with schools at Concordis.

As a Classical Christian educator, Taylor has dedicated his career to cultivating both academic excellence and spiritual formation in the lives of his students. He believes education is about more than imparting knowledge, it is about shaping hearts, minds, and character through a distinctly Christian worldview.

Originally from North Carolina, Taylor attended Montreat College before earning his master's degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. Since moving to Columbus in 2018, he has continued investing in Christian education and serving his local church community.

Now, Taylor is bringing his classroom experience and passion for Christian education to the work of helping schools launch and thrive. He is committed to supporting school leaders, boards, and founding families as they establish Christ-centered institutions that equip students to think deeply, love what is true, and faithfully serve God's kingdom.

With 23 years of experience in development and marketing, Gene serves as both the Director of Advancement at Sandhills Classical Christian School in Pinehurst, NC and a development consultant at Concordis Education Partners- a classical Christian consulting group in Boise, Idaho. Back in 1986, Mr. Liechty received his BA in Marketing/Communications from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He attended Greyfriars Ministerial Hall in Moscow, Idaho.

Gene served as Director of Advancement at Cary Christian School in Cary, North Carolina (2002-2012) and Director of Development at Logos School in Moscow, Idaho (2013-2018). Mr. Liechty has also planted several churches over the last 22 years. He and his wife of 28 years, Kimberly, have four grown children: Grace, Carter, Silas, and Ian.

Adrienne is the founder of Beautiful Teaching. In addition to her role as a Curriculum Advisor and Author for Concordis, she also serves part-time as an Instruction and Curriculum Coordinator for two Christian Classical schools. A specialist in classical curriculum and professional development, she has held high-level advisory roles for Responsive Education Solutions and the University of Dallas. Throughout her career, she has led teams in creating virtue-based humanities materials, facilitating parent workshops, and guiding both new and established schools toward educational excellence. A prominent voice in the field, Adrienne hosts The Classical Education Podcast and is a frequent speaker at classical education conferences. She homeschooled her four now-adult children, a tradition continuing with her eleven grandchildren.

Patsy Hinton is a classical Christian educator committed to preparing and supporting the next generation of leaders in service to Christ in classical Christian schools. She holds a master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction and has served for more than two decades in classical Christian education.

She currently serves as Headmaster of Covenant Classical Christian School in Columbia, South Carolina, and has previously served as Headmaster of Providence Classical Christian School in Oxford, Georgia, and Bloomfield Christian School in Bloomfield, Michigan, as well as Dean of Academics at The Paideia School in Tampa, Florida, where she was part of the school’s founding leadership. Patsy has also served as a consultant with the Association of Classical Christian Schools and currently leads the Doctorate II program in Executive Leadership, Academics, and Pedagogy.

Bianca Vimont is deeply committed to partnering with families and educators to disciple the next generation of children in the paideia of the Lord. She serves as Director of School Partnerships at Concordis Education Partners, where she eagerly guides individuals and groups in the early stages of launching classical Christian schools.

She has previously helped found several schools in Texas and has served in various roles including Board Member, Dean of Academics, Department Chair, and a classroom teacher for more than 20 years.

With a B.S. in Education, and over 20 years of experience in homeschooling six children, Esther Paul has helped develop national programs, has served on boards for Christian organizations, aided in organizational restructuring and assisted in rhetoric development. As a strong advocate of classical, Christian education, Esther serves Concordis schools through publications and advancement.

Ann-Maura Hinton, MS Ed, TBRI Practitioner, provides support for special needs students within our network of schools. Ann-Maura holds both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Special Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

She is married to Robbie, a fellow educator, and together they have three children, Marianna, Sara, and Davis, as well as one grandchild. Ann-Maura’s passion for education is matched by her love for the outdoors; she enjoys backpacking, hiking, jogging, and reading, and has even climbed Mt. Katahdin in Maine twice. Her dedication to serving children and families is inspired by her faith, reflected in her favorite scriptures: Isaiah 43:19 and Romans 11:36.

Leah Poe is an educator, consultant, counselor, and speaker with more than 26 years of experience serving students, families, educators, and schools. She is passionate about helping individuals discover their God-given identity, grow in wisdom, and flourish academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, a master's degree in educational leadership with Principal Certification, and has completed Foundations Training through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.

Throughout her career, Leah has served in a variety of educational leadership roles, including teacher, administrator, adjunct professor, mentor, educational consultant, and Director of a Learning Center for students with learning differences. She has developed special education programs for private schools, trained educators, designed individualized behavior and intervention plans, and provided support for children and families navigating academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Leah specializes in educational consulting, biblical counseling, student development, special education, teacher training, and leadership development. Her work integrates evidence-based educational practices with a biblical worldview, helping educators and families move beyond behavior management toward meaningful growth, connection, and transformation.

Through Concordis Education Partners, Leah equips teachers, ministry leaders, schools, and organizations with practical tools, compassionate support, and Christ-centered guidance. She is particularly passionate about helping struggling learners, supporting children impacted by trauma, and training educators to teach with wisdom, purpose, and grace.

Bronwyn holds a Master's degree in Human Services, with a concentration in Marriage & Family Therapy. She has been involved in behavioral science research to better understand and support individuals and families. She previously owned and directed a barre fitness studio and retail boutique. Now a Concordis Liaison, Bronwyn partners with schools to support Classical Christian education, helping them launch and cultivate Christ‑centered learning environments. In her free time, Bronwyn enjoys traveling with her family, working out, reading, college football, and fundraising for their local pediatric children's hospital.

Charlotte recently graduated from New Saint Andrews College with a Liberal Arts degree and an Outstanding Student Award. During her time at NSA, she discovered a deep love for Classical Christian Education and was privileged to have the opportunity to develop this practically under NSA’s highly-experienced faculty after the college hired her as a Teaching Assistant for the History and Music Colloquia. Charlotte is excited to pair her strong desire to further the cause of Classical Christian Education with her passion for organisation and administration in serving at Concordis.

Stephanie brings years of experience in classical Christian education, having served as Executive Assistant to the Head of School, worked in Development, and led efforts as a Capital Campaign Manager. Stephanie is passionate about classical Christian education and is excited to support the mission of Concordis.

In her free time she enjoys traveling, gardening, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Jarrod Richey brings a unique blend of educational leadership, communication expertise, and creative vision to helping schools effectively share their mission and connect with their communities. With an extensive background in music education, program development, and public engagement, he understands how to communicate an organization's values in ways that inspire families, students, and supporters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Richey has successfully built and promoted educational programs that engage students, strengthen community partnerships, and foster organizational growth.

Drawing upon his experience in education, leadership, and program development, Mr. Richey helps schools communicate their distinctive mission, strengthen their public presence, and build meaningful relationships with families and communities. His passion for excellence, storytelling, and educational outreach makes him a valuable partner in advancing the mission of Classical Christian schools.

With years of experience in corporate Human Resources, Marketing and Development, and having helped start a successful classical Christian school in NE Atlanta, GA, Christy has much to offer new classical Christian schools. Over the years, she has held many roles from academic to administrative, which give her a well-rounded understanding of what schools need in their pursuit of advancing the vision and mission of the school.

Aimee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications, and brings almost 20 years of visual design and digital marketing experience to the table. For the first 8 years of her career, Aimee worked in the 'Corporate America Ad Agency World'. In 2012 she detached herself from that world, and has been an independent contractor ever since, partnering with businesses, individuals, and nonprofits who are aligned with her values and committed to making the world a better place, especially for our children.

Allison O'Donnell comes from a marketing and advancement background with many years of helping classical Christian schools in these areas. She serves Concordis schools as a project manager - the point of contact for launch schools, making sure tasks from all the teams get accomplished. Allison and her husband Devin started a classical Christian school in California in 2008, and both have served at the national level at the Association of Classical Christian Schools. They have four children - two have graduated from classical Christian schools and two still attending. Their kids are the catalyst for their enthusiasm for the classical Christian movement around the country.

Jamisen married into the world of classical Christian education and has advocated for it for years. He joined Concordis as Director of Finance in the summer of 2026, bringing fifteen years of public accounting experience to the role.

Jamisen spent two years serving not-for-profit organizations and thirteen years as a CPA at a Big Four accounting firm in New York and North Carolina, where he advised multinational companies across a range of industries on business tax matters. His work there grew to include consulting, process improvement, workflow management, and application development. Most recently, he served as the product owner for a tax software application licensed and used by dozens of Fortune 50 companies.

After years of helping large organizations reduce risk, improve results, and run more efficiently, Jamisen is grateful to put that same experience to work for schools forming the next generation in truth, wisdom, and virtue. At Concordis, he oversees financial operations and helps ensure the organization's resources serve its mission of equipping classical Christian schools to flourish.

With more than 18 years of accounting and financial management experience, Erica helps schools build stronger, more efficient accounting operations that support sustainable growth. Her expertise spans a wide range of industries and business stages, from emerging startups to established mid-sized companies.

Erica has successfully managed and mentored remote accounting teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence. She enjoys partnering with schools on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

After receiving a Liberal Arts degree from New Saint Andrews College, Hannah has gone on to work in filing, automotive detailing, food service as a kitchen manager, becoming food safety certified, and now bookkeeping. Hannah has a strong attention to detail and loves to help others.

Aleta worked as a bookkeeper in property management for 16 years. She sees Classical Education as a strong foundation for Christian culture and is grateful to assist in the background towards the goal of Christian Education. She enjoys problem solving and figuring out where something went wrong. When she is not working, she loves to read, garden, cook and make handcrafts.

After several years of being a stay at home mom to her two boys, and most recently, a teacher's aide where her boys attend Christian School, Brooke brings a strong sense of leadership, eagerness, organization and administrative experience to our Concordis team. She is heavily involved in her church, where she leads worship, mentors young girls and also leads a community group with her husband of 15 years. Brooke has a passion for the Lord and strong Christian education. She enjoys reading, exercising, singing, watching her boys' sporting events, and spending time with her family.

Bringing years of experience in the administrative field, Denise Moor has worked in insurance, church and retail office administration. While raising her family, she kept her skills fresh through a position with a temp agency and substitute teaching. Her most recent position was office manager of a church where a classical school was held, serving as liaison between the church and school.

Ashley brings years of administrative experience within the corporate world and is passionate about serving others through organization, communication, and support. She is deeply passionate about providing Christ-centered education to children. Most recently, Ashley worked as a teacher’s assistant at a private Christian school, where she enjoyed supporting both students and teachers in a faith-based environment. At church, she serves in the children’s department teaching large group and leading worship.

Michael has been working in IT for many years and joined the Concordis team to both enhance the internal systems at Concordis and to streamline online resources for our schools and ensure we have things running smoothly. Michael has a heart for serving the Lord and a love of Christian Education.

Nathan is the Technology Director and an upper school teacher at a classical Christian school. After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Computer Information Sciences and Programming, he has sought to offer IT solutions for classical Christian schools. He has written software to help schools in their security and daily operations, alongside website creation and administration. He believes in the vision of classical Christian education and seeks to help schools use technology wisely and effectively.
