Our Executive Team

Tyson Rallens - Chief Executive Officer

Tyson Rallens joined Concordis this year as CEO and also serves as Vice President of The Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS) and chairman of the board of directors for the CiRCE Institute. He brings decades of experience in classical education—as a student, teacher, and administrator—along with fifteen years in business operations, engineering, and management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and an MBA and DPhil degree in business strategy from the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School.

In Oxford, Ty lived in C.S. Lewis's house, The Kilns, where he gave tours to thousands of visitors and directed the C.S. Lewis Study Centre. Now, he teaches Classical School Leadership for the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University and guides THC’s postgraduate students on an annual trip to Oxford.

Ty’s priority is ensuring that, as Concordis grows, our services remain as personal and robust as ever, supporting each of our client schools in their mission for Christ’s kingdom.

Heather Lloyd - Executive Director

Heather Lloyd, the Founder and Executive Director of Concordis Education Partners, brings decades of teaching, training, and administrative expertise to her transformative work in classical, Christian schools. Leading a dedicated team, Heather's passion extends beyond administrative support to provide comprehensive gospel-centric, liberal arts consultation for 30+ schools nationwide. With extensive business experience and pedagogical insight, she uniquely guides Christian schools through foundational needs, including board development and strategic planning.

Heather envisions schools as uniquely joyful environments, serving students as individuals within classrooms, where children are trained in Christian discernment alongside mastery in academic endeavors. Through Concordis Education Partners, she endeavors to shape the landscape of classical, Christian education, and to leave an indelible mark on the children within each institution she serves.

Kajsa Wilkins - Chief of Staff

Kajsa has been surrounded by classical Christian education for as long as she can remember. After graduating from Logos School in Moscow, Idaho, she went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the University there . While she and her husband pursued his operatic career around the country, she began teaching at The Geneva School of Manhattan, the only classical Christian school in New York City.

After several years of teaching, Kajsa began to feel called to be in administration. God provided an unexpected opportunity through the Covid lockdowns. With the performance world shut down, she and her family moved to Wichita, Kansas where she became the Director of Academics and Fine Arts at the Classical School of Wichita.  From there, Kajsa was hired by The Ambrose School in Boise, Idaho, to run their newest campus and serve as the Dean there.

She and her husband, Bray, have 2 classically educated children, both of whom graduated from The Ambrose School. Together, they enjoy performing and sharing their musical abilities around the area. Kajsa is passionate about classical Christian education, and eager to further it through the work of Concordis to God’s glory.

Senior Director of School Services

Anje Rice brings years of experience and a deep commitment to Classical Christian education. She has served in a variety of roles within classical Christian schools, including classroom aide, substitute teacher, office support, and school administration, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the people and processes that help schools.

Passionate about expanding access to Christ-centered, classical education, Anje is dedicated to supporting schools, families, and administrators as they pursue their mission. Her background in education, combined with a Master of Business Administration, equips her to bridge the gap between educational excellence and effective organizational leadership.

Known for her servant’s heart, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Anje provides valuable administrative support that helps schools operate efficiently and focus on what matters most—forming students academically, spiritually, and personally for the glory of God.
